Garbage collection by a garbage wagon starts early in the morning. This photo shows members of the Dowa Sanitary Works Entrepreneurs' Association (garbage collectors' association) in Osaka city. It consists totally of Buraku people. They are permitted by the city to collect garbage mainly from office.
