As is apparent in this photo, river improvement work is yet to be done on the side of the river where a Buraku community is located. Houses built on the river bank are no longer inhabited and will soon fall into disrepair. Most of the young people of this community have moved to large cities, leaving the elderly behind. This photo shows the same community as the previous picture.
